• We offer Relaxation massage, Deep Tissue massage or Hot Stone treatment from licensed massage therapists.
• Herbal Body Wraps produce therapeutic and cosmetic benefits by cleansing the body of toxins and toning and tightening the look and texture of the skin.
• Hot Stone Treatments use the warmth of the stones to quickly melt away muscular tension, with little pressure required to attain release and relaxation. Helpful for arthritis, increased circulation, and may greatly aid in the symptoms of some recurring ailments.
• Thai Massage offered at Inner Wisdom uses a steamed cloth ball filled with herbs and essential oils to warm and loosen muscles. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used duringtreatment.

Energy Healing Modalities:
• Reiki is a holistic therapy which brings about healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The energy flows through the practitioner's hands when the hands are placed on or held over the recipient--strengthening and normalizing certain vital energy fields held to exist within the body.

The Reconnection healing sessions and The Reconnection are designed to awaken your body, soul and spirit to higher energy vibrations now permeating our environment. Ley, or axiatonal lines, were recognized many years ago as power lines that make up the grid of our universe(s). The Reconnection brings in “new” axiatonal lines that enable us to standardize unique vibratory levels and frequencies for healing and ultimately for our evolution. These axiatonal lines are part of a parallel-dimensional circulatory system that draws the basic energy for the renewal functions of the human body.
 
Reconnection healing sessions work with the frequencies in these new lines to bring healing to your soul, spirit and body while The Reconnection is a practice in which the client is Reconnected to the energy lines as they exist in our etheric bodies. Clients report having touched the world beyond our five senses often times awakening them to the mysteries of enlightenment in addition to feelings of peace, well-being, love and physical healing.

•Source Reconnection is an energetic healing technique focused on balancing the chakras. The technique takes place in a healing room in a comfortable, confidential environment. The practitioner has a short interview with the client and a statement of intent for the healing session is determined. Next a sacred space is created and spiritual guides, guardians, and angels are called in to help facilitate the healing session. The client lies on a massage table, fully clothed and relaxed. The practitioner works above the body in the auric field to clear and balance the chakras. After this is complete the practitioner discusses the session with the client answering questions. A typical session lasts about two hours.
